OON differs per Insurance provider. This primarily consists of the provider who is not credentialed, thus not in network, billing the insurance provider directly. Insurance will determine what deductible your plan requires before partial or full coverage begins. The client then is responsible for the balance of the bill, not covered by insurance.

Super-Bill for re-imbursement; self-pay submitted to your insurance provider to help with re-imbursement. This can be utilized for out of network clients or for the insured where I do not accept their identified insurance.
